How to get blood out without damaging sheets

In daily life, we often find ourselves troubled by blood stains on bed sheets.
To save you time, here are two cleaning methods: one for old, dried blood stains and another for fresh, still-wet blood stains on bed sheets.

How to Remove Dried Blood Stains from Bed Sheets

Tools You'll Need

White radish  Plain salt Dish soap

1.We need to chop the daikon(white radish) into small pieces or use a juicer to make daikon juice.

2.Add table salt to the prepared daikon pieces or juice and make sure to mix it thoroughly

3.If using minced white radish, spread it over the stained area of the bed sheet. For daikon juice, soak the bloodstained section in the liquid

4.Now we'll need to wait patiently for 15-20 minutes.

5.While waiting, prepare a basin of cold water—avoid using hot or warm water, as heat can cause the proteins in blood stains to set, making them harder to remove.

6.Soak the bloodstained part of the sheet in a basin of cold water, add dish soap, and gently scrub by hand. You'll see the blood stain disappear—congrats, you've successfully cleaned it!

How to Remove Fresh Blood Stains from Bed Sheets

1.This type of stain is relatively easy to remove. Immediately soak the bedsheet in cold water—you can add table salt to help disinfect the area.

2.After soaking for 30 minutes, apply dish soap or bar soap directly to the bloodstained area and gently scrub by hand. The stain disappear!

3.Finally, toss the sheet into the washing machine. After the cycle, hang it to dry—it'll look good as new!
